I don’t know much about the provenance of this show, other than the note on the page I found it on, describing “History Hunters” as “…a public access TV show dedicated to the history of New Jersey.” In any case, this episode apparently aired in 2004 and opens with a Van Halen track (I’ll let you guess which one):

This story profiles Jersey boys Jeff Heimbuch and Michael Santo Scardillo, who filmed the horror movie “Leeds Point” for less than $3,000 and no crew. The plot revolves around some brutal murders in southern New Jersey and a reporters’ efforts to solve them (and kill the Jersey Devil).
